Details

PAHT-CF (High Temperature Polyamide + Carbon Fibre) is a filament with high heat resistance and mechanical strength, developed specifically for industrial and engineering applications. The carbon fibres mixed into the polyamide matrix significantly improve the material's rigidity, dimensional stability and wear resistance, while retaining some of the polyamide's flexibility.

Where to use it:

  • Industrial components, fittings, machine parts
  • Components operating in heat-stressed or abrasive environments
  • Prototypes that already approximate the final material properties

Where not to use:

  • For decorative or low-stress, detailed prints
  • With Bowden extruders – direct drive and hardened nozzle recommended due to the abrasive effect of the filament

Additional data:
The spool weighs 230 grams. Recommended printing parameters for conventional printers (e.g. Ender 3, Prusa i3, Anycubic Mega):
  • Head temperature: 265-275°C
  • Bed temperature: 80-90°C
  • Cooling: 0–20% (low airflow recommended)
  • Print speed: 40 mm/s
  • The use of an enclosed printing space is strongly recommended, especially for larger prints, to reduce warping.
Recommended printing parameters for high-speed printers (e.g. Bambulab, Voron, Creality K1, Prusa MK4):
  • Head temperature: 260–275 °C *
  • Bed temperature: 70–80 °C
  • For closed, heated chambers, chamber temperature: 50 °C
  • Cooling: 0–20%
  • Print speed: up to <120 mm/s if the printer has adequate thermal stability
*For high-speed printing, the required nozzle temperature may be higher than the maximum value indicated on the box.
