Details

PLA is one of the easiest filaments to print with. It is produced from natural sources, plant derivatives. Contrary to popular belief, it does not decompose in soil, but only begins to decompose at the right temperature and in the right environment, such as industrial compost. It can be printed at low temperatures, between 200 and 220°C, and does not necessarily require a heated bed. Where to use it: it can be used to make colorful gifts, prototypes, and objects for home or indoor use. Where not to use it: most PLA is not suitable for technical applications because it generally softens at 55°C. It degrades under UV light, fades, and begins to crack, so we do not recommend its use for such purposes. It is extremely brittle, so we do not recommend it for the manufacture of children's toys because it can break into sharp pieces.

Filamenton eco PLA is an easy-to-print, extremely high-quality colored filament for making prototypes and gifts.

Advantages of Filamenton PLA:

  • Biodegradable,
  • Good interlayer adhesion,
  • Easy to print,
  • Domestic production and development.
