Filamenton ECO PETG - Natural - 1,75 mm
Filaments manufactured according to the usual Herz formula are now available under the name FilamentOn! Easy-to-print, colourful filament for general technical use with a heat resistance of 60-65°C.
PETG is a glycol-modified version of PET, considered one of the best filaments for technical and hobbyist applications in the world of 3D printing. It combines the easy printability of PLA with more durable and flexible properties. It can be printed at temperatures between 220 and 260°C and requires a heated bed between 70 and 90°C for warp-free printing. Due to its UV and impact resistance, it performs well even outdoors, but it is sensitive to moisture, so it is recommended to dry it before printing. Where to use it:
- Outdoor or indoor functional parts
- Technical prints, prototypes
- When toughness, flexibility and good layer adhesion are important
Where not to use:
- For prints that come into contact with food (difficult to clean hygienically)
- In environments exceeding heat resistance (may soften above approx. 70 °C)
Advantages of FilamentOn ECO PETG:
- Good impact and UV resistance
- Excellent layer adhesion and mechanical strength
- Suitable for technical applications
