Details

PETG is a glycol-modified version of PET, considered one of the best filaments for technical and hobbyist applications in the world of 3D printing. It combines the easy printability of PLA with more durable and flexible properties. It can be printed at temperatures between 220 and 260°C and requires a heated bed between 70 and 90°C for warp-free printing. Due to its UV and impact resistance, it performs well even outdoors, but it is sensitive to moisture, so it is recommended to dry it before printing. Where to use it:

  • Outdoor or indoor functional parts
  • Technical prints, prototypes
  • When toughness, flexibility and good layer adhesion are important

Where not to use:

  • For prints that come into contact with food (difficult to clean hygienically)
  • In environments exceeding heat resistance (may soften above approx. 70 °C)

Advantages of FilamentOn ECO PETG:

  • Good impact and UV resistance
  • Excellent layer adhesion and mechanical strength
  • Suitable for technical applications
  • Domestically developed and manufactured

Additional data:
The spool weighs 230 grams. Recommended printing parameters for conventional printers (e.g. Ender 3, Prusa I3, Anycubic Mega):
  • 240-250°C head temperature,
  • 70-90°C bed temperature,
  • 50% cooling,
  • 40-60 mm/s print speed.
Recommended print speeds for high-speed printers (e.g. Bambulab, Voron, Creality K1, Prusa MK4)
  • 250-260°C * nozzle temperature,
  • 70-90°C ** bed temperature,
  • 50% cooling,
  • < 120 mm/s print speed.
*For high-speed printing, the required nozzle temperature may be higher than the maximum value indicated on the box. **For enclosed printing areas, we recommend a lower (70-80°C) table temperature.
